Installation and De-Installations
Altima has been performing professional MRI installations and de-installations for over a decade. We can manage all considerations needed when moving to either a temporary or new permanent space. From de-installing a system and rigging/transporting, to re-installing and calibrating to the original OEM specifications, Altima has the industry experience to make the process a success.
Process for Transporting MRI Systems
There are many details that can’t be overlooked when transporting systems – like site planning, equipment placement, cables, and structural capacities to name a few. If mobile storage is required in the meantime, we can also set you up with a turnkey mobile buildout solution.
Altima has removed millions of dollars in CT and MR equipment for domestic and international customers. Our service is designed to be a comprehensive and well-orchestrated event from the day that our engineers arrive on site and inspect your equipment, inventory, remove, rig, and professionally pack for transport.
Cold Storage and Helium Maintenance
Whether you ship by land or sea, your MRI can be transported with a running cold head so that helium loss is kept to a minimum. Altima will also arrange for cold storage where your equipment will be maintained and monitored. If you want to dispose of your old equipment, Altima will manage this process. We can help you dispose of this equipment at a minimal cost and in an environmentally sensitive way.
The Altima Commitment
When Altima installs or de-installs your equipment, you can expect transparent documentation, knowledgeable operational and technical recommendations, and a professional and cooperative leadership effort conducted with high regard for your interests.
